I work where tax, processes and technology meet
About Jeroen Dijkstra
An engagement usually starts with the same question: why are we still doing it this way? I design and build business apps, automation and practical AI inside Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform. Not starting from a technical product, but from the daily work. Where is information entered twice? Where do approvals get stuck? Which spreadsheet has quietly become too fragile? That's the starting point, and from there I build something people actually use.
I work for SMEs and family businesses, professional services firms and organisations that need extra senior capacity for a while. Sometimes that's a defined project, sometimes an existing Canvas app that got stuck, sometimes a role inside a larger digitalisation programme. In practice I sit as easily with an owner or a tax team as with an IT department. Nobody needs to understand the technology — that part is my job.
My background is in tax, finance and consulting, previously as a tax consultant at PwC. So review structures, deadlines and case files don't need explaining. I do the analysis, the design and the build myself, so you have one point of contact and no handovers between sales, consulting and development. I build in your own Microsoft environment, with attention to management, security and transferability. And I'd rather get something working first and tweak it afterwards than spend months polishing a perfect end model.
