Requests and agreements
A message or meeting request through this site is an invitation to talk, not a contract. An assignment only starts once we have agreed scope, rate and planning in writing.
Carrying out assignments
I work on a best-efforts basis and apply my knowledge and experience as well as I can. Deliverables, responsibilities and rates are set per assignment in a written confirmation.
Confidentiality
Everything you share about your organisation, processes and systems is treated confidentially. I never use it outside the assignment and never publish identifiable information without your permission.
Liability
Liability is limited to direct damages and to at most the amount invoiced for the assignment concerned. I am not liable for indirect damages such as lost revenue.
